3. Maintenance and maintenance of vacuum equipment 1. Check the oil supply amount Before starting the machine, check the oil cup for oil. After starting the machine, there is a bubble in the inlet of the oil supply pipe that flows into the vacuum pump. If oil is ejected from the muffler outlet, the threaded tube on the oil cup cover needs to be extended and rotated. If the amount of oil at the muffler outlet is too small, the threaded tube must be rotated until it is suitable.
2. Periodically check the shaft seal and bearing of the vacuum pump, and replace it immediately if there is any abnormality.
3. If the storage is stopped for a long time, the oil should be drained, and the pump should be thoroughly cleaned, then filled with new oil, and the air inlet should be closed to prevent dust from entering.
